Let’s cultivate our inner resourcing skills with a guided somatic practice. Today’s session builds on techniques that we practised in our forest bathing immersion, with a trauma-informed approach that shows us how to move between what feels difficult and what feels comfortable in order to bring ourselves into balance, expand our capacity to metabolize challenging feelings, and to build resilience over time. You may use this practice when you feel agitated, disconnected, or simply want a moment of calm. This guided session is designed for a calm indoor setting where you feel at ease and you may sit comfortably in an upright position with your feet on the ground.
